SUMMARY:2012 Cheney Clean Sweep
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, April 21st\, 2012\, the City of Cheney will be hosting its 5th Annual “Cheney Clean Sweep” from 9 AM to 12 PM at Veterans’ Memorial Park located at 612 4th Street. \nVolunteers will collected litter and clean up public spaces all across the city.  This year we will again be combing the streets and neighborhoods of Cheney looking for litter\, encouraging residents to drop off large items at our collection areas\, and beautifying selected public areas of the city.  This is a positive community event that encourages civic pride for the city and its neighborhoods.\nContact the Cheney Community Development Department at 498-9240 for details.
