The Cheney Recreation Department offers rental facilities for:

Rental Rates/Deposits:
Damage Deposit: $100 (Refundable)
Alcohol Deposit: $300 (Refundable)
Banquet permit and Insurance must be purchased by renter if alcohol is being served.
City Hall Auditorium: $65/hour

Includes chairs, tables & kitchen
Wren Pierson Multi-Purpose Room: $65/hour or $400/8 hrs.

Includes chairs, tables & kitchen
Earl Hilton Jr., Senior Room: $40/hour

Community Meeting Room: $30/hour / *$10/hour
*Non-profit membership groups for events that are community-based and involve activities that enhance the community.
Dance Studio: $30/hour
Youth Center: $40/hour
Birthday Parties and Private Youth Events -- include Pool Table, Foosball, Video Games, etc.
Cheney Parks & Recreation Department accepts reservations 1 year in advance for weddings and receptions, and 3 years in advance for business or corporate events. Call 498-9250 for more information.
