Municipal Court

The Municipal Court of Cheney is a court of limited jurisdiction hearing criminal misdemeanors, civil infractions, and parking violations filed by Cheney Police and EWU Police Departments.

The mission of court is to protect the rights of individuals, ensure access to justice for all persons appearing before the court, and to process all cases expediently in a fair, impartial, and courteous manner.
