Cheney has over 40 acres of municipal developed park land which includes an outdoor swimming pool, many playgrounds and picnic areas, as well as athletic fields.

We offer a year-round recreation program with a variety of classes for all ages.

In the immediate surrounding area, there are many lakes and streams for fishing, boating and swimming.

There is a 3.5-mile paved recreational trail (Fish Lake Trail) immediately adjacent to Cheney for bicyclists, roller blades and walking.
