Requests to connect or disconnect utility services are accepted at the Finance Department, located in City Hall at 609 2nd Street. All requests can be made in person or completed requests can be made by e-mail or by fax.

Completed and received orders to connect or disconnect service placed before 3:00 pm may be available to receive same day service. All requests for connect require the individual to complete, sign, and submit a Utility Service Sign Up.
