For many residents, especially those who choose Cheney for the length of their college experience, finding the right place to provide the answer to their question can be a challenge.

The Complaint Referrals Guide, provided by the City of Cheney Code Enforcement Division, lists commonly asked questions and the best office or agency to provide the answers.
