Records Requests
Public or personal records may be requested by submitting the Records Request Form by fax, mail or in person. If submitting your request by fax or mail you must provide a copy of photo identification along with the form. The court will respond within 5 working days of the receipt of the request. In some instances the original copy may have been archived and/or destroyed in which case a copy of the electronic record will be provided. If you are an attorney wanting a copy of a particular court proceeding please contact the clerk’s office at (509) 498-9231. Public Records Request Form
