2006 Proposed Comp Plan Amendments

The Planning Commission has been considering a number of amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan and associated development regulations, including Cheney Municipal Code Title 21 (Zoning) and Title 22 (Subdivisions).   Final action on these proposed amendments is expected at the January 8, 2007 regular meeting of the Planning Commission.  The Planning Commission's recommendation will then be forwarded to City Council for their consideration and adoption.
