Current Projects
Land use applications are reviewed according to timelines set out in the Cheney Municipal Code, Title 23, and applicable state laws. Usually the applications are reviewed by city staff in various departments prior to being presented to the public for comment. Environmental reviews associated with land use applications are governed by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Currently, the following projects are under review. When additional information is available, you may select the link below to view the full document or report. The public is encouraged to provide comments on any of these projects, by either mail or email, or in person, by attending the hearing on the listed date.
