Ordinance Amendments
On June 25, 2008, the City Council, adopted an emergency ordinance for seven standards in Title 22, Subdivisions, that were in conflict with other portions of the Municipal Code, or were not being implemented as such. This emergency ordinance has given us 180 days to review our code for other conflicts or inconsistencies. We are attempting to clarify language to remove these conflicts and inconsistencies. No policy changes are being proposed. Specific Amendments: Title 21 Zoning Proposed Amendments Title 22 Subdivisions Proposed Amendments Title 23 Development Code Administration
The final ordinances to adopt these amendments will be brought before City Council on December 9th. These amendments are an effort to clean up Titles 21, 22, and 23. We have until December 25th to adopt these amendments under the emergency ordinance.
