This Registration form is for all school aged kids who are participating in ECHO, Spring Break Day Camp and CAMP CASLO. This registration form will need to be updated in 2008.

General Information
Where: City Park/Wren Pierson Community Center and Windsor Elementary School

When: June 19th to August 29th, 2008 Monday thru Friday, 7:15am to 6:00pm (Wren Pierson site)
             June 19th to August 8th, 2008 Monday thru Friday, 7:15am to 6:00pm (Windsor site)

Who: Kids Ages 5 - 12

Registration: Register early before May 30th and you will save $10 per week!! You may also register on-line, however you will be required to pay full price. If you would prefer to reserve a spot with a deposit, you must register in person or over the phone.

Snacks & Meals: Day Camp staff will provide healthy and nutrious snacks. Parents are responsible for providing their child with a snack lunch.

Activities & Adventures: Theme weeks will provide campers with the opportunity to play games, do arts and crafts, learn abouth other cultures and history, swim at the outdoor pool, and experience a variety of fun and educational field trips.

Price Structure
A weekly $25 non-refundable deposit per child reserves a space! The $25 deposit will be a part of your total weekly fee. The remaining balance will be due the Thursday prior to the week your child attends camp.

Early Registartion Price (Before 5/30)
Resident: $106 per week, 6/19-6/20 $42
Non-Resident: $108 per week, 6/19-6/20 $44

Late Registration Price (After 5/30)
Resident: $116 per week, 6/19-6/20 $46
Non-Resident: $118 per week, 6/19-6/20 $48

Daily Rate - $27 per Child

Multiple Child Discount (cost of additional children after the first at full price)
Resident: $96 per week
Non-Resident: $98 per week

*** Both Sites will be Licensed***

**We are providing Swim Lessons for one session only but for an additional charge.
The dates/times are TBA.**

Junior Counselors:
Who: Youth 14-15 years old, who have a desire to gain skills in being a team player, role model and a leader working with younger children through leading games and art projects, JC's will be participating in training before camp start and will be hands on with the staff during the summer.  

JC  Registartion
$120.00 for the summer
Includes T-shirt and transportation to trainings
You must be registered by May 9th in order to participate in the trainings and through out summer.


**Due to the discounted rate being offered, the multiple child discount and daily rates do not apply to the JC program.
