5th Grade CIT Program
Counselor in Training
Why be a CIT? If you are a 5th grader and would like to work with younger children grades K-4, then the Echo CIT program is for you. During this program you will get the opportunity to work with younger children, by helping staff lead activities. You will help with arts and crafts, games, cooking and various other activities. You will also learn effective ways to lead a group, how to work with younger children and develop vital skills in communication and team building.
