How long does it take to receive service?
Orders to connect or disconnect service placed before 3:00 pm may be completed the same day. To request connect or disconnect requires the individual to complete and sign utilities record card at the Finance Office located at 609 2nd Street. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
