Initiating a Request for Utility Services

The four basic services provided by the City are electric, water, sewer and refuse collection.

The City of Cheney Finance Office is located in City Hall at 609 2nd Street. The Finance Office is open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, but closed on holidays. The office accepts orders to connect or disconnect utility services provided by the City, as well as inquires or payments on utility accounts.
