The City of Cheney is accepting sealed bids for a new IP based telephone system. The City of Cheney is seeking a quality vendor for the purchase and installation of an IP-based telephone system network to replace their current VoIP telephone system.
Attendance is strongly urged for a bidders' conference at 609 2nd Street, Cheney, WA on August 11, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
Proposals, including a bid bond, are due September 1, 2010 at 1:00 pm, proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The City of Cheney retains the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor irregularities, and to only contract for partial services. Bids will be opened on September 1, 2010 at 1:15 p.m. at 609 2nd St, Cheney, WA.

City Hall Landscaping Project
The City of Cheney Light department is asking for quotes on a design/build Landscaping Project at Cheney City Hall, located at 609 2nd Street.The proposed project is approximately 1500 square feet of landscaping around the building.The proposed budget for this project is around $10,000.This will be considered a Public Works Project and prevailing wages will be required for everyone except a one person business.
Proposals will be due on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 3:00 pm. Extended until Monday, August 2nd at 3:00 pm.
