Previous Vision Process Comments:  In 2006 the City hired a consultant to begin a vision process for the Comprehensive Plan.  Several citizen participation events were held.  This document contains all the comments received at that time.

Your Comments:  Results are coming in from our meetings with various community groups, and from comments left on our web site.  If you have not responded to our survey yet, please visit our survey page and let us know what you think!

Survey results are being compiled and are guiding development of the Comprehensive Plan rewrite.  A summary of survey results is available here in .pdf format.

Visit our blog at www.cityofcheney.blogspot.com and continue the community interaction.  City staff will be posting updates on the rewrite process, and we will invite posts on a variety of subjects pertaining to neighborhoods, growth and city services.

Vision Meetings:  Community Development staff are currently attending meetings of established community groups to inform the public about this project, answer questions about devleopment happening around town, and obtain input on the future of our community.  if you have a group you would like us to come speak with, please contact us at 498-9240.
