Cheney Outreach

Cheney Outreach is located in the Wren Pierson Community Center, 616 3rd Street.  They have numerous programs available, from utility help to recreation scholarships to emergency financial assistance.  The phone number for Cheney Outreach is (509) 235-8900.  Cheney Outreach is funded through contributions from our citizens through a direct donation or a specified amount with your utility payment.  Cheney Outreach is also funded through Cheney churches, service clubs, Spokane County Community Development Block Grant, the Salvation Army, Washington State Employees Combined Fund Drive, and private donations.

Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners

Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) at (509) 456-SNAP (7627), provide several different programs that can help with utility costs, as well as other types of assistance.
