The Cheney Parks and Recreation Department has park shelters, individual rooms, and entire building rentals available. Reservations are available 1 year in advance for weddings and 3 years in advance for business or corporate events.
Rental Rates/Deposits
Alcohol Deposit: $300 (Refundable)
Damage Deposit: $100 (Refundable)
Banquet Permit and Insurance must be purchased by renter if alcohol is being served.
Facility Fees
City Hall Auditorium - $65 per hour (includes chairs, tables, and kitchen)
Community Meeting Room - $30 per hour (Community Meeting Room can be rented for $10 an hour for community-based events that enhance the community)
Dance Studio - $30 per hour
Earl Hilton Jr Senior Room - $40 per hour (include chairs, tables, and kitchen)
Kitchen Only - $30 per hour
Wren Pierson Multi-Purpose Room - $65 per hour (includes chairs, tables, and kitchen)
Youth Center - $40 per hour (Includes use of tv, video games, foosball table, etc.)
