Resolution E-582 - 2018-2021 IBEW Labor Contract

2018-2021 Labor Contract with the IBEW bargaining unit.

Resolution E-583 - 2018-2020 AFSCME 270-C Contract

2018-2020 Labor Contract with AFSCME 270-C bargaining unit.

Resolution E-584 - 2018-2021 AFSCME 270-S Labor Contract

2018-2021 Labor Contract with the AFSCME 270-S bargaining unit.

Resolution E-586 - Sprint Communications Company Revocable License and Permit

The Revocable License and Permit Agreement allows Sprint Communications Company a continued use of City Right-of-Way.  Sprint has been under a Franchise Agreement with the City since 1987 in which the Revocable License and Permit replaces the franchise agreement.

Resolution E-587 - Betz Road TIB Consultant Agreement

The City contracts with Parametrix for city engineering services. The city wishes to have Parametrix perform preliminary engineering services for the design of the Betz Road (N6th to Washington Street) Overlay Project.  A TIB Consultant Agreement is required for grant funding reimbursement

Resolution E-588 - Acceptance of Bid: Transformer and Primary Meter Cabinet Purchase

The Light Department issued an invitation to bid for the purchase of transformers and metering equipment. Staff requests authorization to purchase the transformer(s) and metering equipment based on the low bid.  A portion of this purchase will only happen when funds from the customer are received to move forward with the project.

Resolution E-589 - Mutual Aid Agreement With Spokane County for Special Police Officer Commissions

A Mutual Aid Agreement with Spokane County, giving the Cheney Police Department authority to commission special police officers to serve as school resource officers and school security officers to act within the jurisdiction of Spokane County.

Ordinance X-22 - 2018 Salary Ordinance Update

Update to the 2018 Salary Ordinance to incorporate wage changes after negotiation and approval of the IBEW, AFSCME S, and AFSCME C contracts.
