22-018 - Resolution E-993 - COVID-19 Vaccination as a condition of employment for new employees and a $50 vaccination incentive for full-time employees

A resolution of the city council approving a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment for new employees and $50 vaccination incentive for full-time employees.

2.

22-019 - Resolution E-994 - Revised Public Records Policy

RCW 42.56 requires cities to adopt and maintain public records policies.  This revision adds language allowing us to charge for records requests related to police worn body camera recordings and other minor language edits after legal review.

22-012 - Ordinance Y-23 - SR 904 Speed Limit Reduction Ordinance - 2nd Reading

WSDOT conducted a traffic study and has given preliminary approval to reduce the speed limit on SR 904 from 45 mph to 35 mph from mile post 9.41 (west of Presley Drive) to mile post 10.66 (existing 35 mph zone.  Since the speed limit reduction is within the City of Cheney, passage of an ordinance or resolution is required to move forward with the reduction of speed limit.
