20-024 - Resolution E-813 - Windows 10 & Computer Replacement Project

The City’s desktop and laptop computers are in need of replacement and upgrade to Windows 10. Intrinium has provided a statement of work for the replacement, upgrade, and project management for the project. The expense was budgeted in 2019 but the project was purchased to 2020. Cost of the project is $133,000 plus sales tax and delivery on the machines. The expenditure listed above also includes a 10% contingency on the project.

20-026 - Resolution 814 - COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation 2020-01

A Proclamation designating the current COVID-19 outbreak a local emergency.

20-025 - Ordinance X-84 - 2020 Budget Amendment #1

The attached is the first budget amendment to the 2020 budget year. This $181,000 amendment includes 1) the transfer of approved expenses from 2019 to 2020 for the fire department, 2) the addition of PWKS Admin charges to the residential street fund, 3) the transfer of approved computer replacement and windows upgrade from 2019 to 2020, 4) the addition of the 2020 roof contract for the light department storage building, and 5) the use of ending fund balance in the garbage fund to fund new replacement dumpsters and to correctly fund the expected disposal expense.
