1.

18-029 - Resolution E-605 - Well 3 Redevelopment Consultant Agreement

The City advertised for consultants with experience in civil and structural design for the 2018 Well 3 Redevelopment Project. The City evaluated all submittals and wishes to enter into a consultant agreement with Parametrix Inc for this project.

18-031 - Resolution E-606 - 2018 Well 6 Rehab CO 1

Change Order One is to furnish 525 feet of new submersible electric pump cable.  Well # 6 Pump cable has a leak in it and has water up inside it.

18-032 - Resolution E-607 - PWTF Well 3 Redevelopment Project Application

Public Works Trust Fund is soliciting for emergency construction projects. $ 5 Million in loans are available under this program with  up to $ 1 Million available per jurisdiction.  City Staff is proposing to submit an application for $ 1 Million for the Well # 3 Redevelopment Project.

18-033 - Resolution E-608 - SRTC Grant App 4-1-2018

SRTC is releasing a call for projects for the Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program, Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality program (CMAQ) and STBG Set-Aside Program. SRTC anticipates awarding $16 million in STBG funds (2020-2023 allocations), $10 million in CMAQ funds (2021-2023 allocations), and $2 million in STBG Set-Aside funds (2021-2023 allocations) under this solicitation. City staff is proposing to submit a preservation grant application for the Washington Street Preservation Project on Washington Street from Oakland Street to W 6th Street.

18-034 - Resolution E-609 - 2018 Pole Testing Project

The Light Department requested sealed bids for the 2018 Pole Testing Project. The City received no bids for the project.  The City has now negotiated a price with Alamon Utility Services with an amount of $ 21,700.00 plus tax.

18-035 - Resolution E-610 - Lodging Tax Awards

The City of Cheney Lodging Tax Committee has met and reviewed funding requests from the Cheney Mayfesters and the Cheney Events Association (Cheney Rodeo). The committee recommends funding Cheney Mayfest - $16,535 and Cheney Rodeo - $4,780.

18-036 - Resolution E-611 - Agreement With Cheney School District - Special Police Officer Commission

Approval of Resolution E-611 would allow the Mayor to sign an Agreement with Cheney School District reference the Special Police Officer Commission.
