Resolutions


1.

21-038 - Resolution E-903 - Binding Site Agreement LUA2020-010

 On November 18, 2020 the applicant applied for a Binding Site Plan (BSP) to split the existing two lots into three lots.  On March 23rd City Council sent the BSP back to the Public Works and Utilities Committee for review.  Plat language was added that any access connection to Andrus Road would require street improvements from the point of access to the nearest street intersection.

21-042 - Resolution E-906 - Finance Office Copier Lease

The Finance Department copier lease expires 4/2021. The attached proposal and acceptance agreement is for an additional 5-year lease. Copiers NW is on the state contract for copier leases. Copier will have same functionality with a cost of approximately $10.00 less per month. Copier serves both the Mayor’s office and the Finance Department.

21-043 - Resolution E-907 - NIES Resource Agreement For a Market Purchase

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to participate in a “Resource Agreement” through N.I.E.S. for a market purchase for Tier Two power needs for FY 2022 and FY 2023 at a price acceptable to the city.

21-027 - Ordinance X-82 - Occupancy Ordinance Third Reading

At the Planning Commission Meeting on March, 9, 2020, the Commission recommended to send the ordinance as is to the City.

21-028 - Ordinance X-83 - Landscaping Ordinance Third Reading

At the Planning Commission Meeting on March, 9, 2020, the Commission recommended to send the ordinance as is to City Council.
3.

21-041 - Ordinance Y-4 - Net Metering Ordinance Amendment 2nd Reading

On March 23rd, City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance Y-4, which states that in order to reflect changes in RCW Chapter 80.60, the City desires to make amendments to Chapters 14.20 and 14.30.
