22-054 - Resolution F-027 - LUA2021-008 Blackhawk Ridge Addition Preliminary Plat

On March 14, 2022 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the Blackhawk Ridge Addition Preliminary Plat.  At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, Planning Commission recommended denial of the Blackhawk Ridge Addition Preliminary Plat to City Council.

22-053 - Resolution F-026 - Purple Pipe Project DOE Agreement No. WQC-2022-Cheney-00151

The City received a $21,823,000 loan from the Department of Ecology in 2021. The City has also received $13,000,000 in direct appropriation grants from Washington State. Currently, the city has applied for a federal grant in the amount of $5,455,750 and should know the results later this spring.  The loan agreement is through June 2026 and would only apply to the remaining expenditures over and above current and future grants received for construction of the Cheney Purple Pipe Project.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE ONE WASHINGTON MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN WASHINGTON MUNICIPALITIES RELATING TO THE ALLOCATION AND USE OF OPIOID SETTLEMENT PROCEEDS.
