21-044 - Resolution E-908 - MOU with Moon Security

Renewal of Memo of Understanding with Moon Security Inc. for Electronic Home Monitoring and SRAM Remote Alcohol Monitoring Services.

21-045 - Resolution E-909 - Records Management Policy

The Records Management Policy provides direction and guidance to City of Cheney employees and elected officials in the management of records created or received in the conduct of City of Cheney business. In addition, this policy is to ensure the City manages these records in compliance with the Washington State retention laws regarding the disposition of public records.

21-046 - Resolution E-910 - 2021 Well Six Repairs Project Change Order One

The Mayor approved a small contract with Specialty Pump Services, LLC on January 7, 2021, in the amount of $ 5,8000.00 plus applicable tax, to identify repairs needed for Well #6. Specialty Pump Services furnished an estimate of $29,538 plus applicable tax to replace the pump and motor as the existing pump and motor were not repairable. In addition, staff is requesting ten percent contingencies, resulting in a total contract appropriation of $41,699.77.

21-048 - Resolution E-911 - Resolution Supporting Eastern Washington University Remaining at the Division I Level of Athletics Competition

A resolution supporting Eastern Washington University remaining at the NCAA Division I level of athletics competition.

21-049 - Resolution E-912 - Agreement for Indigent Defense Services with Karen Lindholdt

Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Agreement with Karen S. Lindholdt for Indigent Defense Professional Services.

21-050 - Resolution E-913 - 216 F Street Voluntary Compliance Agreement

On September 29, 2020, the City sent the Property Owner a "Notice and Order of Correction: Work Without Permit, Illegal Occupancy" for property located at 216 F Street. In the Correction Letter, the City identified that the Property has been used as a fraternity for "group living" (CMC 21.12.030(2)), which requires a conditional use permit. To resolve the matters the Parties desire to enter into this Voluntary Compliance Agreement.
