21-054 - Resolution E-917 - 2022-2027 Transportation Improvement Plan Public Hearing

A public hearing has been scheduled for the May 11th City Council Meeting In accordance with RCW 35.77 for the purpose of adopting the 2022-2027 Six Year Transportation Plan.
 

Resolutions


1.

21-051 - Resolution E-915 - Purchase of Finance Department Desks/Storage

The Finance Department is in the final phase of the remodel and employee separation project. The final quote is for desks and storage for the final four employee workspaces. Including this purchase, the total expense for employee separation, cubicles, and furniture will be $35,591.13. Of that amount, $24,325.47 was funded from CARES.

21-052 - Resolution E-916 - Interlocal Agreement with Spokane Regional Transportation Council (SRTC)

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Spokane Regional Transportation Council (SRTC)

21-055 - Resolution E-918 - NIES Resource Pool Agreement Market Purchase

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to participate in a “Resource Agreement” through N.I.E.S. for a market purchase for Tier Two power needs for FY 2022 - 1 aMW and FY 2023 - 1 aMW at a price acceptable to the city. Anticipated price for 2022 is $42/MWh and $39.50/MWh for 2023.  Due to the volatility of the market, the not to exceed Cap is set at $50/MWh to permit flexibility if the prices rise above anticipated levels.

21-047 - Ordinance Y-5 - Solid Waste Disposal 2nd and 3rd Reading

Clean up of CMC 8.12.126 so that the solid waste disposal ordinance is in concert with the Solid Waste Plan.
2.

21-053 - Ordinance Y-6 - Unlicensed Vehicle Parking Violation

Create a CMC Section preventing unlicensed vehicles from parking on any public street, highway, or planting strip within the City.
