Resolutions


1.

20-038 - Resolution E-826 - Avista Interconnection Agreement

Avista has acquired transmission assets/lines from Bonneville Power Administration that have direct points of interconnection with electric facilities owned and operated by the City. This interconnection agreement allows the City to receive power from BPA through Avista transmission assets/lines, and provides the terms and conditions for the operation and maintenance of the interconnected electric systems. There is no cost to the City tied to this agreement.

20-039 - Resolution E-827 - Wash Street Preservation Project Award

Bids were opened on June 3, 2020 for the Washington Street Preservation Project. Three bids were received with Shamrock Paving being the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $ 752,515.75 plus applicable taxes.

20-040 - Resolution E-828 - 2020 Utility Building Lot Sealcoating

The Light Department requested quotes for sealcoating of the entire Utility Building lot.  Two quotes were received with Arrow Concrete & Asphalt Specialties submitting the lowest responsive quote in the amount of $ 19,995.00 plus taxes.
