20-044 - Resolution E-831 - 2021-2026 Transportation Improvement Plan

A public hearing has been scheduled for the June 23rd. City Council meeting In accordance with RCW 35.77 for the purpose of adopting the 2021-2026 Six Year Transportation Plan.
 

Resolutions


1.

20-041 - Resolution E-829 - CARES Funding

The City of Cheney is eligible to receive $372,300 in CARES funding from the Department of Commerce. This is federal funding being distributed through the State of Washington. The attached interlocal agreement with the Department of Commerce has already been submitted and approved by Commerce. The funding is reimbursement only – with the possible exception of small business grants. The City will establish a fund to account for the expenses and receive the funding ( through Ordinance X-85 in this meeting). A budget amendment will follow next council meeting to allow for the expenses and authorize a transfer from the general fund to offset the expenses until the reimbursement is received.

20-043 = Resolution E-830 - EWU Athletic Agreement

EWU Athletic Department Advertising program will provide needed advertising of the Light Departments Conservation Program for 2020/2021.

20-045 - Resolution E-832 - First Amendment to Ripplinger Professional Service Agreement

This Amendment modifies the original February 7th, 2018 Agreement, by adding an Additional Service and Compensation to the Agreement.  The service added is an Engineer’s Estimate for City of Cheney Industrial Park Distribution Design and compensation of $14,150.

20-042 - Ordinance X-85 - Establish COVID-19 Fund

This ordinance will establish a special revenue fund to account for all COVID expenses and grant revenues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The use of a separate fund will remove the unbudgeted expenses from the operating budgets of all departments and allow transparency for all COVID fund spend and received.
