1.

23-057 - Resolution F-154 - 2023 Sidewalk Repairs Project Appropriation Increase

The Mayor approved a small contract with Jett Concrete for the 2023 Sidewalk Repairs Project. Staff is requesting an appropriation increase to cover additional sidewalk and concrete repair needs that have emerged at various locations throughout the City. The original approved contract was $4,000.00. Staff requests to increase the contract amount to $ 30,000.00.

23-067 - Resolution F-164 - EWU Energy Conservation Advertising Agreement

These funds will be used to advertise the City’s BPA Conservation rebate program at EWU athletic events over two years. EWU Athletic Department In-game Promotion during the football games, a fixed illuminated sign in the basketball arena and reserved ticket for all home football games.

Funding is $7,500 for contract year July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024, and $7,725 for contract year July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025. Installment billing schedule is invoiced on 1/1/2024 and 1/1/2025.
