Resolutions


1.

22-079 - Resolution F-050 - 2022 Residential Street Preservation Contract Award

Bids were opened on July 6, 2022 for the 2022 Residential Street Preservation Project. 5 bids were received with Inland Infrastructure LLC being the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $ 448,439.50 plus applicable taxes.

22-080 - Resolution F-051 - Washington Street SR 904 to W6th Street Project Consultant Supplement One

Council approved the original agreement for the Washington SR 904 to W 6th Project on January 25, 2022 for preliminary engineering services. The Supplemental Agreement is for construction engineering services in the amount of $ 62,106.79.

22-081 - Resolution F-052 - Reservoir One Assessment Consultant Agreement

A Request for Proposals was advertised for consultant services to assess the condition of the City’s water Reservoir 1.  City staff has reviewed the proposal and recommends entering into a contract with BHC Consultants, LLC for Reservoir 1 Assessment.

22-082 - Resolution F-053 - Interlocal Agreement For Inclusion in the Spokane County Tourism Promotion Area

A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign the interlocal agreement for inclusion in the Spokane County Tourism Promotion Area.

22-052 - Ordinance Y-26 - 2022-2027 Capital Facilities Plan

On April 11, 2022 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the 2022-2027 Capital Facilities Plan with recommendation that the plan be sent to City Council for adoption.   Modifications to the plan have been included from the City Council meeting on June 14, 2022

22-067 - Ordinance Y-27 - Shipping Containers as Residences

On June 13, 2022 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on proposed ordinance Y-27.  Planning Commission recommended approval with a vote of 3 to 1, and that the ordinance be sent to City Council for adoption.   On June 28, 2022, City Council had a first reading of the ordinance.
