Resolution F-058 Interagency Reimbursement Agreement Between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Cheney Municipal Court for Audio Video Equipment System

RESOLUTION F-065 GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN WASHINGTON STATE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS AND CHENEY MUNICIPAL COURT FOR THERAPEUTIC COURT PERSONNEL
The City Fuel Station provides City vehicles and machinery 24/7 access to fuel. In order to maximize the availability and lifespan of the fuel pumps and to minimize fuel service disruptions that could potentially impact City operations, the Public Works Department is recommending that the City enters into an independent contractors agreement with Toptier Petroleum, LLC to perform general maintenance services as specified for the City Fuel Station Project.
Bids were opened on August 10, 2022 for the Washington Street SR 904 to W 6th Project. One bid was received from Inland Asphalt Company in the amount of $ 766,000.00.
The City received additional federal funds in the amount of $ 323,226.00 to off-set the construction costs for the Washington Street SR 904 to W 6th Project. A local agency agreement supplement is required to authorize the additional funding.
A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal agreement between the City of Cheney and the City of Airway Heights For Interim services for the Airway Heights Civil Service Commission
Amending the text of CMC 21, amending the definitions section, measurements section, commercial/mixed use section, general use provisions section, and the wireless communication facilities section.
A public hearing was held on July 26, 2022 on the matter of a petition filed by Pacific Mortgage Center who owns more than two-thirds of the property abutting the requested vacation. Pacific Mortgage Center is seeking the vacation for the purpose of developing a new commercial property. The vacation would allow the two properties to adjoin. The City may require the owners of the property abutting the street to compensate the city in an amount that does not exceed the full appraised value of the area vacated.
