Resolutions


1.

20-067 - Resolution E-852 - Parkside 2nd Addition Plat

On September 14, 2020 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on Parkside 2nd Addition Preliminary Plat.  At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, Planning Commission recommended adoption of the Parkside 2nd Addition Preliminary Plat to City Council.

20-068 - Resolution E-853 - CARES Funding Amendment

The Department of Commerce has notified the City is eligible to receive an additional $186,150 in CARES funding bringing the total to $558,450. Funds have to be expended before November 30, 2020. This resolution will accept the federal funding.
3.

20-069 - Resolution E-854 - Surplus 94 GMC TV Van 606

The 2020 budget replaces the 1994 Wastewater Collection Camera Van.  City staff was able to secure a 2018 demo camera van.  Staff is recommending surplus on the existing camera van for a minimum bid value of $ 5,000 In accordance with CMC 2.74.

20-066 - Ordinance X-87 - Capital Facilities Plan

On September 14, 2020 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the 2020-2025 Capital Facilities Plan with recommendation that the plan be sent to City Council for adoption.
