1.

22-115 - Resolution F-082 - Master Service Agreement with OMIGA Solutions

A grant funded Sole Source Master Services Agreement with OMIGA Solutions for OCourt Sysems Document Management Services

22-116 - Resolution F-083 - Service Plan Agreement with eCourtDate, Inc.

A grant funded sole source service agreement with eCourtDate, Inc. for automated system services for the Cheney Municipal Court/Wellness Court Program.

22-117 - Resolution F-084 - Purchase of Staff Vehicles

The City was able to locate (2) vehicles to fulfill the budgeted staff vehicles for Parks and Recreation and Administration.  The vehicles are on government purchasing contract and were not expected to be available after end of day.   The City issued a purchase order to secure the vehicles same day, and the vehicles were delivered 5 days later to the City.   Both vehicles are now in use.    This resolution is seeking approval after the fact for purchase of vehicles.

22-118 - Resolution F-085 - Well One Rehabilitation Project

Bids were opened on September 28, 2022 with one responsive bid received from Specialty Pump Services Inc. in the amount of $ 45,225.00 plus taxes.

22-008 - Ordinance Y-21 - 2022 Zoning Code Update

Amending the text of CMC 21, amending the definitions section, measurements section, commercial/mixed use section, general use provisions section, and the wireless communication facilities section.   Council requested some suggested language for neighborhood commercial in multi-family residential zones.
