Resolutions

1.

20-070 - Resolution E-855 - BPA Agreement to Enable the Sale of Transmission Losses

This Agreement enables the City and BPA to enter into a “Confirmation Agreement” for the Sale of Transmission Losses.  The City receives electric power across BPA transmission lines, and some of that power is lost in the transmission process.  This agreement will allow BPA to recover the cost of the lost power while delivering power to the City.
2.

20-071 - Resolution E-856 - Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Application

The Department of Ecology has another round of funding for the 2021 biennium.  Staff is recommending a Clean Water State Revolving application for a construction loan with a 50% principle forgiveness.  The application would be for the construction phase of the Cheney Reuse Project (Cheney Purple Pipe Project).
3.

20-072 - Resolution E-857 - 2020 UB Overhead Door Replacement

The City of Cheney requested a quote from Continental Door for the replacement of the three remaining overhead doors. Continental Door replaced two of the doors in 2017, and performed repairs on the others. Continental currently provides all shop door maintenance and repair for the Utilities Building overhead doors.
4.

20-073 - Resolution E-858 - WWC Camera Van Purchase

The Wastewater Collection Department was able to secure a 2018 demo camera van from Solid Waste Systems through a Sourcewell purchasing contract.  This camera van replaces the 1994 camera van.
5.

20-074 - Resolution E-859 - StreetWise Fire and EMS Response Software

Service Purchase Agreement for the purchase and use of the StreetWise CADlink® mobile response software system for emergency responses.
