Public Hearings


1.

19-086 - Public Hearing - 2020 General Property Tax Levy and EMS Levy

Public hearing to discuss the General Property Tax Levy and the EMS Levy for 2020 on October The Proposed levy amounts are $3.10 per $1,000 assessed valuation for the general tax levy and $.50 per $1,000 assessed valuation for the EMS Levy.

19-087 - Public Hearing - 2020 Budget General Fund Revenue Sources

Public hearing for discussion of General Fund Revenue - both received through 2019 and projected for 2020.

19-088 - Public Hearing - 2020 Budget - Governmental Funds Budget Presentations for Administration, Finance, Municipal Court, and Parks and Recreation

This is the Public hearing for the department budget presentations for governmental funds including: Administration, Finance, Municipal Court, and Parks and Recreation.
 

Resolutions

19-095 - Resolution E-771 Acceptance of Bulletproof Vest Grant

This is a grant we apply for each year.  We have been notified that we will receive $2,681.29 to be used by 2021.  The grant process is completely electronic, so this is just a formal acceptance and acknowledgement of the grant.

19-098 - Resolution E-774 - Rental Agreement 25 Anderson Rd

The Light Department has a tenant for the 25 Anderson Road residence. Rental Agreement shall be for 12 months with a $500.00 month rental payment.

19-101 - Resolution E-777 - 2019 Wash Street Pres Project Consultant Agreement

The 2019 Washington Street Preservation Project consists of roadway and sidewalk preservation measures on Washington Street from Oakland Street to W 6th Street.  The City received a $ 731,000 grant which pays for 76.5 % of the estimated improvements. Parametrix Engineering was selected to provide city engineering services for this project.  A Local Agency A&E Professional Service Consultant Agreement is required for grant funding purposes. The Agreement is currently being reviewed by WSDOT and would conditioned the agreement upon WSDOT approval.

19-102 - Resolution E-778 - 2019 Front Street Head Works Roof Repair Award

The Public Works Department requested quotes for the 2019 Front Street Head Works Roof Repair.  We received two quotes with Bid Timber Contractors submitting the lowest quote for $ 10,457.00 plus taxes.
