On-line payments and network requests for utility connections/disconnects will be unavailable tomorrow, November 13, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. due to the completion of scheduled updates with the City of Cheney network.      We apologize for any inconvenience and will be happy to receive on-line payments for utilities, court, and building permits when the network is restored.
