Request to Disconnect/End Utility Service

  2. The request to disconnect/end services can only be made by the account holder.
  3. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Disconnects are scheduled M-F only (Holidays excluded). Weekend disconnects are not available. Utilities will be turned off as early as 7:30 a.m. to as late as 3:00 p.m. as scheduling permits. You may not select a specific time. The services will be physically disconnected on this date. A reconnection fee may apply if you schedule your shut-off date to early and request to have utilities reconnected.
  4. Forwarding address is the address the final bill or refund will be mailed.
  5. Have you verified with your property owner/landlord you are authorized to disconnect services?
  6. Instructions
    Select any day to end/disconnect service. Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays excluded. Requests received outside of those parameters will be processed the following business day. All requests must be received and processed before 3:00 pm PST to receive same day service. The City will read your meter on the requested date, add those charges to your bill, apply your deposit, and send a bill or refund. Please allow 10-14 days for your bill/refund.
