Accident reports can be obtained from the Washington State Patrol.
The easiest was is to submit a request through our Public Records Center. If that isn’t possible you can fill out a form in the Mayor’s Department at 609 2nd St. or call the Public Records Officer at 509-498-9283,
State law says that we must respond to your request within 5 business days. Our response will be to provide the records, deny the records, provide an electronic link to the records, seek clarification, provide a date when you can expect to receive the records, or let you know that we do not have any responsive records.
If the account is in your name, please call the Finance Department at (509) 498-9209. If the account is not in your name, please submit a request through our Public Records Center.
